Tgms Ltd, in conjuction with Peter Mitchell Associates, was commissioned by Havant Borough Council to undertake feasibilty studies for a new cemetery development. Land adjacent to Warblington Cemetery was duly selected as the most appropriate of 3 potential sites, and the develoment was completed to everyone's satisfaction on time and on budget.
